La Boheme Guesthouse is a secluded TGCSA 5 star retreat of relaxed exquisite living, where the Kalahari`s beauty meets with elegance, ethnic style and exotic bohemian inspirations.
Superbly nestled in a vast lush tropical garden within less than 10 min. drive from Upington town-center, La Bohè¥ Guesthouse offers luxury B&B and self-catering accommodation with breathtaking views of the Orange River Valley melting into the endless Kalahari semi-desert. The eclectic style of La Bohem is interpreted with a harmonious combination of European, African and Oriental influences. The essence of the decor, inspired by the natural surroundings and indigenous elements, reflects a subtle fusion of refined classic finishes and creative artistic expressions. Color touches as vibrant as the African sunsets add spice to the soft creamy and earthy tones echoed throughout the property. Soothing water features, relaxing music and delicate lighting emphasise the blissful and cosy atmosphere of Evelyne's inviting home.
Rooms/Units: La Boheme offers two double rooms in the residence (1x King bed & ensuite bathroom and 1x queen bed & sep. private bathroom), as well as a spacious unit (Cottage) with 2 bedrooms, 2 ensuite bathrooms, an equipped kitchenette and barbecue facilities.
Decorated and furnished with flair, meticulous attention to detail and a personal signature, the three stylish rooms/units of the Guesthouse feature a wide range of amenities and modern facilities.
Each room/unit is directly accessible from the garden via its own private terrace or verandah (with Orange River Valley and/or garden views).
Meals: The hearty breakfast (buffet) is usually served on the verandah overlooking the garden and the Valley or in the dining room nearby the cosy fire place in winter. Various additional breakfast options available. Daytime snacks, afternoon tea-cake, sundowners. Self-catering option. Braai/Barbecue areas.
For other meals: restaurants, pubs, etc. within 3 to 10 min. drive.
