Description:
Sunset Villa is a beautiful 3 storey house located at Gus Brown Rd, Warner Beach, and caters for a maximum of six people. The house is a NO SMOKING venue although guests are welcome to smoke outside. There is a minimum 3 night booking condition.
A walk to the popular "Baggies Beach" in Warner Beach takes five minutes. This beach has shark nets, as well as a big tidal rock pool for safe swimming. Baggies Cafe serves delicious breakfasts, lunches and afternoon teas while you watch the surfers and kite surfers in action.
The top level consists of:
A big double garage with automated doors and includes a large laundry basin and washing machine.
This level also has a large covered balcony with inland sunset views.
The middle level consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms:
Bedroom 1 has a king size double bed and a large covered balcony with inland sunset views. This room is airconditioned
Bedroom 2 has a queen size double bed and fans
Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds and fans
Bathroom 1 has a full bath, toilet and basin
Bathroom 2 has a large shower, toilet and basin
Bathroom 3 has a small shower, toilet and basin, and a small changeroom.
The bottom level consists of:
Open plan lounge with TV, video machine and radio
Dining room with a table and six chairs
Kitchen with a big fridge, microwave and stove.
This level leads out through a sliding door to the garden and a beautiful large pool.
Facilities:
Linen and all crockery and cutlery.
Please bring your own towels.
Braai.
Small wall safe.
The property is secure and has an alarm and an armed response service.
A cleaning service can be arranged at an extra charge.
Suitability:
Children welcome but must be able to swim.
Unsuitable for elderly or infirm, wheelchair inaccessible.
Regret no pets.

Sunset Villa is 30kms South of Durban, 15kms from Durban Airport, and a few minutes drive to three major shopping centres. There are many good restaurants in both Warner Beach and nearby Amanzimtoti.
