Description:
The apartment is the perfect base, simple but inexpensive, from which to explore the Cape Peninsula and surrounding areas.
It is situated in the suburb of Gardens near the center of Cape Town. Directly opposite are the famous Company Gardens, the SA Museum and Art Gallery and the Planetarium. There are many entertainment places within walking distance and the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront is also nearby. You can visit the Castle or take a boat trip to Robben Island to see Mandela's old prison cell.
You can take the cableway up Table Mountain or, for the more energetic, you can hike up! Many tours such as wine tours, start from hotels in the area.
Public transport is readily available to take you to the beach - for example Camps Bay by bus or Muizenberg by train.
The apartment has a curtained sleeping alcove with two single beds next to each other. Clean linen and towels are supplied and there is a laundry on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary items for self catering.
The living area is simply furnished with a cane lounge suit and a TV and the balcony has a view of Table Mountain. There is a large swimming pool in the garden.
